The PC runs a Microsoft Access 2000 database, while the portable data collection is performed on a Palm OS® based handheld device with an integrated barcode scanner. Stockroom Inventory is a total solution software package for any company that wants to take control of their inventory. Stockroom Inventory includes the Stockroom Inventory software for both the PC and the handheld and comes with 1 software license for the PC and 1 for the handheld. Additional licenses, for either handhelds or the PC, are available.
