All commercial-grade items purchased include free lifetime hardware troubleshooting support. Our US-Based will help you setup and troubleshoot all printers and mobile computers over the lifetime of your equipment.

Due to historic supply chain volatility, some items on your order may not be available for immediate shipment. We will contact you if this is the case. Most products can be returned directly to POSGuys.com within 15 days from the date of invoice if a series of requirements are met. Most returns will incur some restocking fee in-line with our return policy viewable here. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items if POSGuys.com has covered the initial freight fees. Some items on this page are consumer grade products and do not qualify for a return under any situation. Those items are marked as such.
