The Cognitive Ci and Cxi thermal label printers boast print speeds of 6 inches (Ci) and 8 (Cxi) inches per second, outperforming all thermal desktop and most mid-sized industrial printers on today's market. With thermal label roll capacities at 7.7 inches (OD) with a 1.5" core, Cognitive's Ci and Cxi printers equal the media capacities of all mid-range printers.

Cognitive, that all printers purchased from Cognitive, with the exception of the thermal print head
and the Advantage family printers, shall be free from material and workmanship defects. Cognitive
warrants to the purchaser of an Advantage printer, for a period of 24 months beginning on the date
of purchase, such printer shall be free from material and workmanship defects.
