If you work in an environment where barcode scanner beeps either can't or shouldn't be heard, Datalogic's Green Spot technology gives the Gryphon GBT4100 a visual cue that a barcode has been scanned.
Datalogic's 2-position cradle for the Gryphon GBT4100 adds versatility unique to the cordless barcode scanner market. The down position on the cradle allows for standard charging, similar to most retail and industrial cordless barcode scanners. While in the up position, the Gryphon GBT4100 can act as an autosense scanner while charging, eliminating the concern of depleted batteries. When the cradle is at an angle, the green spot technology will automatically activate, letting you see the optimum scanning location.
To ensure long life and maximum uptime, Datalogic built the Gryphon to handle abuse with ease. The reinforced body withstands drops of nearly 6 feet to concrete, excellent in case your employees are prone to bump equipment off counters or shelves. Dusty or dirty environments, such as garden centers or lumber yards, are no match for the Gryphon's IP52 seal, which keeps windblown dust and splashes of water from harming internal components.
