The Datalogic Gryphon I GBT4400 barcode scanner combines the reliable 2D scanning of the Gryphon line with Datalogic's top-notch cordless technology, fantastic for retailers & light industrial applications. Datalogic's 2D scan engine provides an optimal scan range of 15 inches for standard retail barcodes, keeping lines moving smoothly and barcodes scanned easily. For situations where the successful scan beep can't or shouldn't be heard, the Datalogic Green Spot provides a great visual cue.
The Bluetooth radio in the Gryphon I GBT4400 gives you 98 feet of range from the communications cradle or any Bluetooth-equippped computer. When out of range, the Gryphon I GBT4400 can switch to a batch-scanning mode, storing barcodes until it reconnects with the Bluetooth host. The communications cradle also doubles as a presentation stand, with Datalogic's Motionix technology automatically changing the scanner to auto-sense scanning while in cradle.
Datalogic reinforced the Gryphon I GBT4400 to thrive in rough retail environments, putting it just as at home in a boutique as a garden center. The IP52 seal on the barcode scanner protects the internal components from windblown dust & splashes of water, and the durable design gives the Gryphon I GBT4400 resistance to drops of nearly 6-feet to concrete.
