Formerly from PSC, the Datalogic QuickScanŽ QS2500 Linear Imager is built for high performance in retail, office, and light-industrial settings. The QS2500 features a scan engine capable of 200 scans-per-second with field depths ranging from 1 to 28 inches, providing exceptional reading performance at the mid-range distances, even on poorly generated barcodes.
The QS2500 handheld scanner decodes a wide range of bar code symbologies, including Reduced Space Symbology (RSS) and PDF417. Equipped with flash memory, programming, and label editing capabilities, the QS2500 can grow as business needs change. Its enclosure is lightweight and ergonomic, and an optional hands-free tabletop stand is available.
The QS2500 has been discontinued. It is replaced by the QuickScan 2130.
