The compact Cordless Hand Scanner (CHS) Series 7 from Socket allows scanning and tranfer of barcoded data wirelessly to a BlueTooth equipped PDA, Tablet PC, or Notebook computer.
The Series 7 features three models: the entry level CHS 7E linear imager, the medium-duty CHS 7M with a Class 1 laser, and the CHS 7P, a ruggedized performance barcode scanner with a powerful Class 2 laser.
Choose the CHS 7E for light-duty scanning. The laser models, CHS 7M and CHS 7P utilize "fuzzy logic" to ensure performance when scanning poorly printed or damaged barcodes, and the ruggedized CHS 7P withstands harsh conditions, for heavy-duty use at variety of temperatures and environments. The CHS Series utilizes "Socket Error Proof Protocol" to validate data transferred to the host in real time, ensuring data integrity.
