SM-S300 Mobile Printers

The Star Micronics SM-S300 has reached end of life. It has been replaced by the Star Micronics SM-T300.

The Star Micronics SM-S300 mobile printer offers easy setup and reliable printing, fantastic for mobile POS, invoicing, or line busting applications. This 3" printer is remarkably lightweight- 9.5 oz including battery- and barely noticeable when clipped to a belt or slung over a shoulder. At 2.6" per second, the SM-S300 prints reasonably fast enough to keep up with most retail operations.

Bluetooth communication in the SM-S300 gives you true wireless connectivity and easy configurability. Star has drivers available for both Windows Mobile and Desktop OSes, as well as Android & Blackberry, making installation straightforward. An integrated MSR allows for easy card reads, eliminating the need for fragile MSR attachments*.

Star built the SM-S300 with full-shifts in mind, using durable and energy efficient components to maximize your uptime. The included battery runs for about 8 hours, ideal for a daily shift. With a printhead rated at 50 km and 1-year warranty, the Star Micronics SM-S300 mobile printer will provide you with great functionality for any mobile application.

The SM-S300 is lightweight and connects to mobile devices relatively easily. It lacks a belt clip or shoulder strap, so you'll have to carry it in hand or separate bag. Please note that while a magnetic stripe reader is on the SM-S300, it requires additional development to use.
