    3M coats their screens with proprietary ClearTek Hard Coat to increase durability without reducing the brightness of the screen as some coats do. For this reason the monitor has a bit sharper colors. Also the base is "Rock-solid" and designed to minimize wiggle even under rapid touching and heavy tapping.
