The Honeywell MS4980 Vuquest barcode scanner is a lightweight, small 2D presentation scanner, ideal for high volume locations needing additional scanning features, such as drivers license parsing. Small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, the MS4980 features a 1.2 megapixel CMOS sensor, allowing it to read 1D and 2D barcodes with ease. The high-speed imager can also capture high-resolution images, giving you a fast method to verify signatures, capture identification card data or read personal checks.
With an infrared barcode sensor and 11" scan range, the MS4980 Vuquest barcode scanner is an excellent addition for locations needing a variety of data capture methods. The Vuquest 4980 is compatible with optional EasyDL software for use parsing Drivers License.
