With the Ithaca 8040 receipt printer, writing orders directly onto cups or wrappers is no longer necessary. The 8040 prints 1.57" (40mm) wide adhesive receipts, small enough to fit on small cups while still displaying the order easily. These receipts/labels are printed at a crisp 203 dpi, promoting order accuracy and eliminating the confusion that can happen when deciphering handwritten orders.
Like the Ithaca 8000, the 8040 features a vertically mounted PC board, all but eliminating the risk of water spills settling on internal components. With a printhead rated at up to 62 miles of receipts and incredibly strong autocutter, the Ithaca 8040 receipt printer will provide your restaurant or cafe with many years of error-proof order fulfillment.
