The CognitiveTPG A798 Thermal Receipt printer provides solid, reliable service at a reasonable price. A 5.9" print speed may not qualify for the Indy 500, but is still fast enough to keep your lines moving efficiently. To reduce environmental damage, the A798 features an all-metal chassis and channeling system to redirect spills away from circuitry. The print head and cutter are rated at 60 million lines and 2.3 million cuts, respectively, ensuring the CognitiveTPG A798 will perform admirably for quite some time.
The A798 is a great low-cost alternative to the Epson TM-T88IV. Though not as fast as the competition, it features full support for the Epson command set, making for easy upgrades with minimal software configuration changes.
